  • Acquire new potential customers
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Build trusted relationship with customers
  • Monitor clients performance
  • Encourage customers for up-sell and cross-sell
  • Follow and achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Kualifikasi

  • Experience working as Sales/B2B Acquisition or client acquisition
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess good behavior, positive attitude, and integrity
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SORTING DATA, PIVOT)
  • Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and target oriented
  • Fast learner and fast adapt in dynamic environment
  • Familiar and passionate about sales work, possessing excellent negotiation and communication skill
