Business Assistant – Management Trainee Program (Algonova)
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential individual to join Algonova’s Management Trainee Program as a Business Assistant — a strategic role designed to fast-track your growth into a future leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic decision-making, data insight generation, and cross-department coordination.
- Act as a second brain to the leadership team by researching, structuring, analyzing, and reporting key initiatives.
- Manage and execute mini projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-department initiatives to ensure alignment and progress.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes and performance.
Development Roadmap
- Month 1: Shadow and learn directly from the leadership team.
- Month 2–3: Lead cross-department initiatives and drive collaboration.
- Month 4–5: Own a mini project with real business outcomes and measurable impact.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Graduate from a top university (preferably top 10), with strong academic background.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
- Hungry to learn, humble, ambitious, with a low ego and high commitment.
- Accepts feedback well and shows leadership potential and the ability to build initiatives from zero to one.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools is a plus.
