🧠 Responsibilities

As the Business Assistant to Jess No Limit/Sisca Kohl, you will act as his right hand—serving as a strategic partner, execution lead, and trusted confidant. Your role encompasses managing priorities, executing high-impact projects, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring that Jess's time and focus are dedicated to what matters most.

This is not a typical administrative role. We're seeking someone sharp, driven, and capable of navigating between high-level strategy and detailed execution. You will be exposed to the inner workings of a fast-growing digital brand and play a critical role in driving its success.

• Optimize Jess's/Sisca's productivity by managing his calendar, prioritizing meetings, and preparing for key engagements.
• Lead special projects across various departments, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate internal communications, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in external relations, including investor, partner, and client communications.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

🎓 Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, founder's associate, or similar high-performance environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Proactive, fast learner, and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and Slack. Bonus: experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives or in high-stakes environments is a plus.
