Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop new insights and understand business performance based on data and statistical methods, using data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive and support decision making.
- Analyzes external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and user-friendly visualizations to support decision-making and drive business operations
- Develop Ad-Hoc reports according to business urgency and priorities to support business in gaining insight and decision making process.
- Work collaboratively across teams to align business targets with overall strategic goals, ensuring seamless communication of insights, reports, and plans with leaders.
- Develop comprehensive monthly reports by providing analysis, insight, summary and recommendations based on objective and substanive, to evaluate business performances.
- Monitor implementation impact of approved initiatives and track performance against projected outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Management, Statistic or Industrial Engineering.
- Min. 3 - 4 years of proven experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst roles.
- Experience with sales reporting, performance tracking and sales records.
- Having experience in Beauty Industry, Retail, FMCG, or E-Commerce.
