We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, ERP systems, supply chain dynamics, and performance metrics.
Business Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze existing business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations and business cases for change.
Data Gathering & Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system development or process changes.
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
Project Management & Implementation
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of improvement projects across manufacturing functions.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and finance teams to implement ERP enhancements, automation solutions, and KPI monitoring tools.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with business objectives and operational capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and senior management.
- Conduct workshops, training, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives and adoption of solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, performance analysis, and continuous improvement insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Strategy, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL skills.
- Experience in process mapping (e.g., using Visio or Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
