Deskripsi Pekerjaan

💰 Finance & Business Reporting

Build and maintain Accounts Receivable schedules
Monitor cash flow and margins in collaboration with Finance
Analyze pricing, cost structures, and profitability at a product-level

🧪 Production & Process Oversight

Understand basic chemical processes behind refining and production (CPO, CNO, RBD, FFA)
Review production reports, spot inconsistencies, and suggest operational improvements
Liaise with the Plant & Quality Control teams to support better coordination

📈 Strategic Projects & Growth

Execute high-impact, time-sensitive special projects directly from the Owner
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
Explore market opportunities and collaborate with Marketing/Sales for new client acquisition

🤝 Cross-Department Coordination

Act as the bridge between Finance, Production, and Commercial teams
Improve meeting rhythms, reporting culture, and follow-through on key initiatives
Bring structure to chaos: from systems, SOPs, to execution discipline

Kualifikasi

✅ What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in:
Corporate Finance or Accounting or Consulting
Industrial Manufacturing / B2B Operations
Strong accounting and financial modeling skills (cash flow, costing, margin analysis)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Engineering (preferably oil/chemical)
→ GPA ≥ 3.00
Advanced Excel proficiency (dashboards, pivot tables, formulas)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes or B2B industrial sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work across all levels
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
