Role Description
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technology solutions to ensure effective and timely product development. You will conduct business and system analysis, manage requirements, and oversee end‑to‑end implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, backlog refinement, and prepare functional analysis documentation.
- Support development activities including supervision of progress, coordination of UAT, and assistance during deployment, training, and socialization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, System Analysts, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
- Develop solution recommendations and coordinate corrective actions for system issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external parties, including the parent company BCA, in supporting project needs.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and competencies in banking through training and certification.
Kualifikasi
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and business/system analysis concepts.
- Ability to prepare BRDs, FSDs, workflow diagrams, and other analytical documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or UML tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of solving complex problems.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Scrum or Agile experience is a plus
- Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking/fintech industry
