Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather and document business requirements by conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present detailed business cases, reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to implement business solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and impact analysis for proposed changes.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Create process models, flowcharts, and other documentation to visualize business operations.
- Support the implementation of new systems and tools by working closely with developers and testers.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, or BI tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes effectively.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in a specific industry (finance, healthcare, technology, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business management software.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
