Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Conduct business and user needs analysis.
2. Investigate, evaluate, and report alternative solutions for business requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
3. Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), design database schemas, create flowcharts, business process flow diagrams, application UI mockups, reports, and testing scenarios.
4. Coordinate with business users and programming teams during software development projects.
5. Communicate with business users, explain the impact of each change, and train them in using the new application.
Kualifikasi
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in the following :
- Applications: Figma, Trello, Visio, Visual Paradigm, DrawIO, Power BI, Jira Management, PostgreSQL, iReport
- Databases: SQL, Oracle
- API Documentation: Postman, Microsoft Office
3. Willing to be based in Jakarta
