  • Identify, evaluate, and document existing processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring the alignment between business plan and the strategic plan of the Bank's activities.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes that enhance customer service, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or related roles in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Have the ability to communicate and collaborate.
  • Have an understanding of business management & strategy.
  • Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly.
  • Update on economic and technological developments.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking industry.
