Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across acquisition channels, experiment projects, and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and growth strategies.
Growth Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of strategies that accelerate customer acquisition.
Forecasting & Projections: Develop growth forecasts/model/prediction to drive business planning.
Working closely with Data team, Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, growth, data analysis, or related fields within a high-growth company, preferably in tech or digital businesses (e.g., OTT, e-commerce, or subscription-based services)."
