Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and reports. Analyze user behavior, trends, KPIs, and metrics to identify areas of improvement or opportunity within the business.
- Operational Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current business processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for optimization. Recommend and support the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies. Provide recommendations on how Oto.com can stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and customer experience.
- Product Support & Strategy: Work closely with product managers and developers to provide business context for product features and new releases. Assist in defining product roadmaps and help prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field is required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Looker Studio, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Prior experiences working as a Business Analyst or related role (2-3 years) is a plus
