Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to guide the development of technical solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
Participate in solution assessment and validation to ensure that deliverables meet the defined business requirements and quality standards.
Assist in project management activities, including project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the implementation of technology solutions by providing support, training, and documentation as needed.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in project management practices and tools is desirable.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards may be required, depending on the nature of the business.
