Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives and scope.
  2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Work closely with clients, product owners, and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, providing support and clarification as needed throughout the development lifecycle.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of software solutions to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  5. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
  6. Perform regression testing to verify that defects have been resolved and that new features have not introduced unintended side effects.
  7. Document and track defects, issues, and enhancements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  8. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  9. Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
  10. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and optimization of QA practices.

Kualifikasi

  1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with a preference for experience with Scrum methodology.
  3. Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
  4. Preferably has experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant artifacts.
  5. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  6. Hands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and execution.
  7. Preferably has familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  11. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
