Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To understand product development focus and milestone
To gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
To provide training and user manuals to users of a new system
To plan, design, and launch efficient system design solutions in support of product development
To define and analyze business process issues
To collaborate in the planning, design and development with other team
To prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in product uses
To report all planning and design in a document (included all the update)
To support and work as a big team (not only IT Department)

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
Have minimum 3 years experience in the same role
Experience in Analyst field a must
Excellent analytical skills
Advance in using flow-chart
Good knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools
Have an interest in the way organisational processes work
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Logical, efficient and creative problem-solving skills
Able to conduct research into process business issues and products as required
Able to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Able to work cross-functionally with other departments
Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in Lippo St. Moritz Office Tower, West-Jakarta and other place as needed
