Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the building.
Serve as a point of contact for tenants and address their concerns or inquiries.
Develop and manage the property budget.
Provide regular updates to property owners on the status of the building.

Kualifikasi

Min. Bachelors's Degree (Technic / Management)
Min. 3 years experience as Building Manager
Experience preferred Companies engaged in the field in Property Management
Deep Knowledge with Management Property Strata Title / Leasing Building
Have a good communication skill
Have high integrity, leadership spirit, honest and profes
Able to good cooperation, to unique subordinates or superiors
Can solve problems and make decisions appropriately and quickly
Able to analyze and make reports
Able to work under pressure
Can to work as soon as possible
Placement in Jakarta
