Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate planning and implementation of Procurement and General Affair activities
- Manage the overall Procurement and GA job and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
- Responsible for the maintenance of organization facilities and assets
- Responsible for Office Interior Design and building maintenance
- Build up strong relationships with external parties for Procurement and GA activities – suppliers, service providers, and consultants or any related
- Reviewing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
- Reviewing every reports from Procurement & GA Staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architect or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years working experience in the area of procurement, purchasing, and general affair as manager Preferable from Finance or Banking Industry
- Has experience handling office interior design & Building maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Excellent report writing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Have a strong leadership and the ability to create a supportive working environment for the team
- Willing to work at Slipi West Jakarta
- Onsite Working
