Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage project delivery of New Facility and Building
- Monitor and report company's facilities and buildings condition to meet standard requirement
- Create and maintain activities required to ensure existing facilities & buildings readiness as business support
- Handling acquisition including rent extension of buildings and facilities in cooperation with Legal Department
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
- Graduated from Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably have at least 1 year experience in building design consultant
- Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management
- Capable to work with computer aided design and drawing software application (AutoCAD) and familiar with basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Capable to work within tight deadline
- Fluent in arranging project's bill of quantity
