Brand Strategy & Insights

  • Conduct market and consumer research to understand trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Analyze marketing performance (social media, campaigns, sales) to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Set clear marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets aligned with brand direction.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand guidelines across tone, messaging, and visuals.

Creative Direction & Campaign Management

  • Develop concepts for brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and product launches.
  • Lead campaign execution and ensure strong performance, alignment, and storytelling.
  • Guide social media direction — content themes, trends, and engagement strategy (execution handled by the team).
  • Support the creation of marketing assets including visuals, videos, ads, packaging, and POSM.

⁠Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google) with internal and external support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and retention.
  • Review weekly and monthly performance reports to identify insights and next steps.
  • Continuously optimize digital activities using a data-driven approach to improve efficiency and ROI.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, vendors, and marketing agencies.
  • Oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand or digital marketing (FMCG, F&B, wellness, or beauty preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong blend of creative thinking and analytical decision-making.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads/Analytics, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
