Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily and weekly strategic meetings with brands & internal stakeholders.
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) for campaign, ads, and marketing subject to brands.
- Conduct Business Reviews (MBRs) with Priority Brands in collaboration with the category team.
- Secure Ads Revenue by selling campaigns and ad assets.
- Secure Ad Hoc Campaigns, including exclusive launches, gimmicks, etc.
- Plan and lead Brand Campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Drive Joint Business Plan (JBP) targets & brand, involved in campaign planning, targeting setting, and overall strategy.
- Generate insights for Brand Partners, post campaigns through data analysis, report creation & delivery.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field or position.
- Digital savvy.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management, able to collaborate with both internal and external parties.
- Having a background in digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the E-Commerce industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
