Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop end-to-end GTM marketing and communication plans for each Private Label product launch.
- Create and present GTM briefs (umbrella communication, creative direction, and channel mix) that align with brand strategy, consumer insights, competitor benchmarks, and commercial goals.
- Ensure creative and social media executions strictly adhere to the GTM communication plan and campaign narrative for each launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Private Label, Campaign, Creative, Studio, Social Media, and Growth) to ensure smooth, timely, and consistent execution across all touchpoints.
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring launch readiness with all assets, channels, and materials delivered to standard.
- Monitor campaign performance across channels (awareness, engagement, sales impact) and provide actionable insights for optimization and future improvement.
- When required, lead or support offline event activations such as pop-ups, sampling, or experiential launches that bring the product story to life.
- Stay constantly updated on trending and viral F&B brands, product formats, and cultural movements, identifying opportunities for differentiation and inspiration.
- Proactively identify and recommend potential collaboration partners (brands, creators, or KOLs) that align with Private Label positioning and campaign themes.
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to ensure Private Label products and launches stay ahead in relevance, appeal, and communication style
- Act as the bridge between social media, creative, studio, private label, and campaign teams, ensuring campaign narratives and key visuals remain consistent across all materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, or vendors when needed for campaign amplification or on-ground activations.
- Support and mentor junior team members in the execution of campaign deliverables.
- Build closing reports for each campaign and product launch by consolidating data from social media, CRM, growth, and private label teams.
- Translate campaign results into clear learnings and actionable recommendations to strengthen future GTM and creative strategies.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing and Growth teams for monthly ad performance reviews, extracting insights and providing inputs for creative and copy refresh cycles.
- Develop and maintain a data-driven performance tracker for Private Label launches — monitoring key metrics such as awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Present campaign insights and trends to the management and relevant stakeholders to guide decision-making and future planning.
Kualifikasi
- Proven Experience: 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or campaign execution (experience in F&B, FMCG, or e-commerce brands preferred).
- F&B Knowledge: Strong understanding of trending F&B landscape, viral brands, and cultural drivers within the local market.
- Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of branding, campaign execution, and positioning SKUs for maximum impact.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate and refine marketing ideas that align with business objectives and resonate with consumers.
- Excellent Communication: Skilled in stakeholder management and aligning cross-functional teams on goals and timelines.
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Strong creative sense and eye for detail, ensuring message and visual alignment with brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple launches simultaneously.
- Analytical Skill: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Character: Proactive, collaborative, and willing to go hands-on — including on-ground event involvement when necessary.
