Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, offering guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and foster professional growth.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of influencer marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Market Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore emerging platforms to innovate and enhance the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry.
• In-depth understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliate marketing.
• Experience in promoting beauty brands via social media is a plus.
• Passion for the beauty industry; prior experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
• Available to work full-time from the office at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (“the Company”) was established under the name of PT Alfindo Putrasetia in 1985. The Company’s name has been changed several times, with the most recent one in 2010, when its name was changed to PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.
In 2004 Water Partners Bottling S.A. (WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.
The Company started the production of hair care cosmetics under the Makarizo brand in 2010 by purchasing production machines and equipment owned by PT Damai Sejahtera Mulia. The purchase of these assets was approved by the majority of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 21, 2010 and the purchase of these assets was completed on November 11, 2010. With the purchase of these assets, the Company officially started the hair care cosmetics business.
