Responsible for the development of the Trans Snow World business in accordance with the targets set and ensuring all operational activities are running well.
Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.
Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.

Kualifikasi

Min. education level at Bachelor Degree for all majors
Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, and Hospitality Industry)
High entrepreneurial spirit
Able to communication in English (Preferred)
Digital Savvy
Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
Willing to work in shifts
