Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for ensuring the company's product and brand resonates with a current or potential customer
- Develop brand and marketing initiative / activation
- Build and strengthen brand image, brand awareness, brand positioning and brand loyalty
- Develop and manage brand target and growth
- Engage in new company initiative for brand growth activation
- Develop internal communication flow and brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Min 25 y.o
- Min. bachelor's degree in marketing / PR / related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in business, brand, and marketing, preferably from the beauty industry / retail / FMCG industry / e-commerce
- Have knowledge and passionate in skincare or beauty or lifestyle industry
- Proven ability to develop, execute and evaluate brand strategy
- Strong communication, creativity, analytical, data-driven thinking and interpersonal skill
- Experience in multitasking and executing multiple projects at the same time
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and strong can-do-attitude
- Ability to work fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Proficient in Bahasa & English, Google Suite, MS Office and MS Excel (workbook, spreadsheet)
- Able to do WFO in the Central Jakarta area
- Immediate availability
