Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategy and marketing calendar, aligned with company business targets
  • Initiate innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for brand activations, campaigns, and content to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels (online & offline)
  • Plan and oversee new product launch campaigns, including timeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination (sales, creative, digital, RnD)
  • Actively monitor emerging trends in fitness, sports nutrition, and social media to uncover brand opportunities not yet explored by competitors
  • Propose creative collaboration/partnership ideas (KOLs, fitness communities, events, etc.) relevant to the target market
  • Monitor brand performance through market research, competitor analysis, and brand health tracking
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI efficiency across campaigns
  • Collaborate with the KOL/Affiliate, Digital Marketing, and Content teams for consistent campaign execution
  • Work with RnD and Legal teams to ensure product claims comply with BPOM regulations
  • Prepare periodic brand performance reports for management/BOD

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing, preferably from FMCG, sports nutrition, supplement, or consumer health industries
  • High creativity with a strong habit of out-of-the-box thinking in developing brand ideas and campaigns
  • Strong curiosity about emerging trends (consumer, social media, fitness) and the ability to turn them into actionable ideas
  • Track record of self-initiated ideas/campaigns (not just executing briefs) — a portfolio to showcase is a plus
  • Confident in proposing new approaches, even when they differ from conventional methods
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness & health industry
  • Familiar with BPOM regulations related to supplement product claims
  • Experience managing 360° campaigns (digital, offline, KOL/affiliate)
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
  • Passion for fitness/gym culture is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or other marketing tools
