Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute annual brand strategy and marketing calendar, aligned with company business targets
- Initiate innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for brand activations, campaigns, and content to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels (online & offline)
- Plan and oversee new product launch campaigns, including timeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination (sales, creative, digital, RnD)
- Actively monitor emerging trends in fitness, sports nutrition, and social media to uncover brand opportunities not yet explored by competitors
- Propose creative collaboration/partnership ideas (KOLs, fitness communities, events, etc.) relevant to the target market
- Monitor brand performance through market research, competitor analysis, and brand health tracking
- Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI efficiency across campaigns
- Collaborate with the KOL/Affiliate, Digital Marketing, and Content teams for consistent campaign execution
- Work with RnD and Legal teams to ensure product claims comply with BPOM regulations
- Prepare periodic brand performance reports for management/BOD
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing, preferably from FMCG, sports nutrition, supplement, or consumer health industries
- High creativity with a strong habit of out-of-the-box thinking in developing brand ideas and campaigns
- Strong curiosity about emerging trends (consumer, social media, fitness) and the ability to turn them into actionable ideas
- Track record of self-initiated ideas/campaigns (not just executing briefs) — a portfolio to showcase is a plus
- Confident in proposing new approaches, even when they differ from conventional methods
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness & health industry
- Familiar with BPOM regulations related to supplement product claims
- Experience managing 360° campaigns (digital, offline, KOL/affiliate)
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Passion for fitness/gym culture is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or other marketing tools
