* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
* Experience in product marketing manager (min. 3 years) preferably in the beauty industry.
* Understanding of the beauty market and consumer behavior.
* Strong industry connections: Established relationships with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and media.
Kualifikasi
* Develop and execute marketing plans for beauty products.
* Manage product launch campaigns and create key points for educational products.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance along with creating educational content scripts.
* Build Timeline to fulfill product or campaign needs.
* Collaborate with product development to align products with market demands.
