Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and develop product and marketing concept according to Brand.
Implement marketing plan and strategy to support and create brand image or brand building which can be accepted by consumer.
Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.
Win the market competition for existing product.
Evaluate new products that use the brand which is concerned during the period of launching.
Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring.
Achieve long-term organizational goals through planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.
Integrate with a team consisting of a brand director, assistant brand manager and other marketing professionals.
Lead the creative development team in the right direction which aligns with the brand ethos.

Kualifikasi

Male / Female, min Bachelor degree.
Have experience min. 5 years especially in luxury brands.
Having verbal and written communication skill
Having verbal and written communication skill.
Update knowledge about customer trend.
