PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Brand Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of Management/Marketing/Statistic
- Having 2 year of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG company
- Strong understanding of 360° Marketing Strategy and 4P
- Intermediate skill in English both oral and written
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel dan Ms Powerpoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
Kualifikasi
Responsibilities:
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Responsible for brand profitability, including close monitoring sales performance
- Managing product innovation roll out to enter the market, including stock transition monitoring, sales projection and strategy
- Optimizing brand awareness and visibility by working partnerships with the agencies
- Develop strategy and road map to sustainable marketing tool using digital media
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Manage the marketing budget for the brand including planning, implementation and monitoring costs
