What you’ll do:

Develop and implement brand strategies
Lead team to achieve sales and profitability targets
Develop and launch innovative and appealing personal care products
Monitor market and competitor trends to ensure the personal care brand remains competitive
Track and analyze sales data and brand performance to identify improvement opportunities
Provide regular reports on personal care brand performance
Create project timelines for product development and launch

Kualifikasi

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the personal care or FMCG industry is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
