As a Brand Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s strategic direction. Your focus will be on brand development, customer engagement, and digital innovation. You’ll craft and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience, drive brand awareness, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities Manage brand marketing identity, value and power
- Responsible to P&L brand and its brand power
- Lead external communication efforts to convey the brand message.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand initiatives.
- Oversee advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track and report on brand performance and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with min. 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in brand management & marketing field Strong creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team player and leader.
- Passion for building and growing brands.
- Adaptability and a keen eye for market trends.
