Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies focused on product discounts and vouchers for both internal and external tactical campaign projects.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the current market trend, merging with our historical sales data to select a few products for discounted items each month.
- Conduct thorough QA checks on all campaign materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the campaign marketing, CRM, and key account teams, while supporting the entire marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and campaign management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Metabase, or MixPanel is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in pricing management, data analyst, or marketing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Honest, organized, and collaborative with a growth mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, e-grocery, or FMCG is an advantage.
