- Develop a valid and relevant market research strategy, analyzing the results to map market segments, identify target market needs, and understand market trends.
- Use research insights to design a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy aimed at driving business growth.
- Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity, product lifecycle stages, and impactful marketing activities.
- Communicate and coordinate market research findings and product performance analyses with relevant teams to ensure synergy in brand development, product marketing, and innovation strategies.
- Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver value to customers.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Stay updated on market, industry, and customer trends to foster continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the delivery of relevant value to customers.
- Create reports and analyze product performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of the company's budget.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or Pharmacy.
- 4–5 years of experience in brand or product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant experience in the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proficient in data literacy, 360-degree marketing, digital marketing, and market research.
