- Coordinate strategies across teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain internal and external relationships to achieve business goals.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation through strategy evaluation.
- Ensure timely execution and tracking of brand projects and new products.
- Analyze brand performance and sales for ROI and budget optimization.
- Plan and develop manpower, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Promote corporate culture and collaborative teamwork.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 3-5 years in Product Management, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing, and 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of market research, brand strategy, product development, and marketing.
- Knowledgeable in the skincare industry.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Microsoft Office.
