- Manage end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and align with brand values
Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive online sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business goals
- utilize data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on e-commerce platform
- collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions that resonate with the target audience
- monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments
- collaborate with e-commerce team to optimize sales through promotions and pricing strategy
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute influencer strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales
- Create weekly and monthly sales and inventory report to evaluate performance and make recommendations for better future strategies
- Report directly to BoD/C-Level
- 3-5+ years of proven track record in product development, product sales, or any related fields in beauty & personal care industry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, guiding informed decision-making.
- Effective leadership and collaboration abilities to drive cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of brand and product initiatives.
