Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Translate the brand vision into impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Own and execute brand campaigns that build awareness, strengthen positioning, and drive consumer engagement.
  • Plan and deliver product launch strategies, from concept to go-to-market execution, ensuring a consistent story across channels.
  • Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, e-commerce, retail, and offline activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency by implementing communication guidelines, key visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities, track trends, and refine brand activities.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns on schedule and within cost.
  • Report results and insights directly with clear recommendations for future improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record in brand building, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Strong mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in both digital and offline brand initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, founder-led environment.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
