Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute strategic social impact and community programs aligned with the brands mission.
  • Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and environmental organizations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social impact metrics and sustainability performance to demonstrate real outcomes.
  • Manage and sustain KULA’s beauty community, fostering a space where members feel joyful, connected, and empowered.
  • Communicate campaigns, initiatives, and community stories through social media to increase visibility and impact.
  • Ensure that all CSR and community efforts authentically reflect the brand’s values, resonate with stakeholders, and drive long-term engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Min 1 year in CSR, community management, partnerships, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing community or social impact programs.
