Job Summary
The Brand Activation Staff in the Marketing Supplement department is responsible to increase trialist, awareness, brand visibility and brand image for ORONAMIN C by developing & maximizing potential local opportunity. This role focuses on building engagement activities related with local consumer.
Job Description
- Concept and execute on-ground activities that increase brand awareness and enhance community engagement with local populations.
- Oversee day-to-day management of regular activities based on local opportunities to ensure brand consistency, including establishing a presence on emerging platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, design tools, and applications.
- Collaborate with various teams to create activation concepts that are clear and creatively convey the intended message to consumers.
- Integrate on-ground marketing activities with various channels including Digital, ATL (Above The Line), In Store, and E-commerce.

Job Requirements
- Educational background: Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in brand activation, marketing, or community engagement activities is required.
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in concepting and executing on-ground activities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong passion for marketing and engagement with the community.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
- Ready to be placed all over Indonesia
- Able to drive a manual car and has an A Driver's License (SIM A)
