Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential vendors for our private FMCG products.
- Gather key contact information and maintain an up-to-date database of vendor contacts.
- Coordinate initial communications with vendors to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation related to private label products, vendors, and agreements.
- Ensure that all relevant documents are accurately filed and easily accessible in the company’s shared drive.
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate students (final semester) /Fresh Grads from Business, Management, Communication, or related majors;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud storage systems (e.g., Google Drive).
- Good in communication skill
- Well-organized and high eagerness to learn.
- Able to start immediately
