Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage team performance and provide support in assigned branch.
- Implement strategies to exceed sales targets in assigned branch.
- Foster relationships with educational partners and represent the institution at promotional events.
- Conduct regular trainings to enhance staff development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Pondok Indah / Kelapa Gading / PIK) with Full WFO Setting
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/education.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align sales with company goals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for client connections.
