Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- P&L & Growth: Own branch P&L, set monthly/quarterly targets, and drive student acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Operations Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations—including scheduling, facility standards, inventory, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage a multidisciplinary team (academic, sales, customer service).
- Sales & Community: Lead local marketing initiatives, school/partner outreach, events, and community engagement to build brand presence.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high NPS/CSAT, resolve escalations, and champion a learner-first culture.
- Academic Coordination: Partner with academic leads to uphold teaching quality, assessments, and learning outcomes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs (enrollments, conversion, ARPU, utilization), analyze performance, and present insights with action plans.
- Compliance & Risk: Oversee HSE, data/privacy protocols, and policy adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in branch/center management, retail/education operations, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record meeting revenue and operational KPIs.
- Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable with CRM/Excel/Google Workspace; data-driven decision-maker.
- High ownership, integrity, and bias for action; willing to work some evenings/weekends for events when needed.
