Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead and design Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, focusing on optimizing workflows, systems, and operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas of improvement and establish process reengineering goals.
  • Develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver BPR projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the successful execution of BPR projects by developing project plans, milestones, and timeline.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of reengineered processes across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, including identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decisions and improvements.
  • Leverage various tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to measure and track process performance.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Train and support employees through the transition process to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor and manage resistance to change, ensuring engagement from all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to gather feedback and align business processes with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to process improvement.
  • Present findings and progress reports to executive leadership, providing clear updates on BPR project status.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and best practices.
  • Track and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Recommend ongoing enhancements based on evolving business needs.
  • Manage the budget allocated for BPR initiatives and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Ensure cost-effective execution of projects and process changes.
  • Ensure alignment between business process improvements and the organization's technological infrastructure.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in business process reengineering or process improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Agile).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage change and drive organizational transformation.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.
