- Ensure effective research publication activities in BINUS university
- Ensure effective operations and administration activities in BINUS Journal & Publication area
- Facilitate academic department for the operational process of journal publication activities
- Ensure service excellent related to BINUS Journal & Publication processes
- Ensure and improve service excellent related to academic publication activities from Faculty Member (FM)
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Preferably Master's Degree (S2)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or
- Minimum 4 years working experience in academic publishing or journal management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent writing and editing abilities
- Knowledge of editorial standards and publication processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English language
Special Skills
- Knowledge of sponsored projects principles, practices and procedures (related to program, project, or initiative expertise)
- Knowledge in basic project management
- Knowledge in grants and contracts process
