- Execute below-the-line marketing initiatives to promote RE-BO brand products.
- Coordinate and organize events to boost product awareness and sales.
- Implement marketing plans within the BTL scope and increase digital media engagement rates.
- Analyze competitors' BTL activities in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) markets.
- Develop creative ideations for BTL activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- Experienced in Below The Line role in FMCG Industries (minimum 1 year)
- Well-skilled in negotiation is a must
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
