Join our team as a BD Operations – Redemption Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in managing redemption center processes, collaborating with merchants, and ensuring seamless operational execution.
- Assist in handling and maintaining the product database for the redemption center.
- Support merchant management and partnership coordination to enhance the redemption center experience.
- Oversee administrative tasks and provide player support throughout the redemption process.
Kualifikasi
- Knowledge in project management, campaign management, merchandising, or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data management and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
- Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented in addressing team needs.
