- Material usage accuracy: Ketepatan penggunaan material sebenarnya saat produksi vs mix design Semen 1 % FA 1% GGBFS 1% Material 2.5 % Admixture 2.5 % Air 2.5%
- Tidak ada kesalah mix design dalam Produksi
- Tidak ada terlambat untuk melakukan proses produksi
- Checklist harian BP
- Melaporkan apa yang terjadi di dalam BP (Alert Maintainance ke Leader Plant)
- Ikut dalam kegiatan pembesihan unit BP
- Tidak ditemui bekuan Beton pada BP. (pan mixer, kerangka BP)
- Melaporakan seluruh Batch setiap hari
- Melaporkan seluruh penggunaan Listrik, Volume, dan ritase
- Menginformasikan atau order material kordinasi dengan admin plant
- Fu Proses pengiriman ke pelanggan
- Target loading 54 m3 jam, kwh/m3 0.03
- Tidak terjadi tumpahan beton saat loading
- No issue Quality beton selama produksi
Kualifikasi
- Berpengalaman sebagai BPO minimal 3 tahun
- Memahami pemakaian Common Batch
- Siap ditempatkan di area legok/ Alam Sutera
