Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet quality standards
Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Receive and process customer payments
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree from any major (hospitality graduate is a plus point)
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista (Preferred)
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexible with work placement
Willing to be placed in North Jakarta/South Jakarta area
