Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Membangun dan mengembangkan kemitraan strategis dengan bank dan institusi keuangan.
- Menjadi PIC utama dalam proses kerja sama, mulai dari inisiasi, negosiasi, hingga implementasi.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, dan Operations untuk memastikan setiap partnership berjalan mulus
- .Mengawal progres kerja sama dan memastikan setiap milestone tercapai tepat waktu.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang kolaborasi baru yang dapat memperluas ekosistem pembayaran SEVIMA.
- Menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan stakeholder dan decision maker di industri perbankan.
- Mengubah tantangan birokrasi menjadi kolaborasi yang menghasilkan dampak nyata bagi dunia pendidikan.
Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Strategic Partnership, Business Development, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Relationship Management, atau bidang terkait.
- Pernah bekerja di bank, fintech, payment gateway, atau industri financial services.
- Percaya diri membangun relasi dan bernegosiasi dengan stakeholder dari berbagai level.
- Mampu mengelola banyak pihak dan menjaga momentum proyek hingga selesai.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, berpikir strategis, dan berorientasi pada solusi.Bersedia bekerja WFO di Jakarta.
