Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and deliver engaging Bahasa Indonesia lessons aligned with the national curriculum, covering reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Design and conduct assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback
- Create engaging materials and activities to teach Indonesian literature, grammar, and composition at junior high level
- Foster students' appreciation for Indonesian language and culture through interactive learning activities
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to support cross-curricular learning and school events
- Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Support students' language development through differentiated instruction and additional assistance when needed
- Document and track student progress in various language competencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Indonesian Language and Literature, Indonesian Language Education, or related field
- Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluent in English is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, compassionate, and energetic teaching style
- Ability to use creative methods in teaching language and literature
- Strong understanding of Indonesian grammar, literature, and cultural context
- Experience in teaching Bahasa Indonesia as a first or second language (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and resources for language education
