Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support our web applications and client solutions
- Implement efficient database schemas and write optimized queries to handle complex data operations
- Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to ensure seamless integration between client and server components
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Implement security best practices and protect sensitive data in accordance with industry standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation for internal and external consumers
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues across different environments
- Participate actively in Agile development processes and team meetings
- Monitor and optimize application performance and database efficiency
- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural planning sessions
- Share knowledge with team members and participate in mentoring activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and implementation
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Basic knowledge of web security practices and data protection principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts
- Demonstrated interest in technology innovation through projects or work experience
