  1. Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using Golang
  2. Develop and maintain highly concurrent and distributed systems
  3. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
  4. Ensure high availability and reliability of our services
  5. Contribute to the development of products that impact millions of users
  6. Drive the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment
  7. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Golang and backend development

Kualifikasi

  1. Min 1 year of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on Golang and familiarity with other backend languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js).
  2. In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
  3. Extensive experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/CockroachDB).
  4. Solid understanding of backend development environments, including: Version control systems (Git), Message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), Microservices/Modular architecture, Familiar with Elasticsearch is a plus
  5. Experience in performance optimization and monitoring (CPU, memory usage).
  6. Knowledge about caching data using Redis.
  7. Experience using NoSQL (MongoDB) databases is a plus.
  8. Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  9. Log monitoring tools.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with highly concurrent, distributed systems.
  11. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  12. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
